1. Introduction

Welcome to Parts Management! We are committed to providing top-quality aerospace supply chain management, quality management, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and engineering and design services. We help businesses in the aerospace industry

These Terms and Conditions outline how we operate, what we expect from our clients, and the responsibilities of both parties when using our services. When you work with Parts Management, you agree to these terms, so we encourage you to read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

2. Scope of Services

We offer a full suite of services designed to optimize aerospace operations. We manage suppliers, improve production efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

We enable aerospace businesses by organizing their supply chain, ensuring materials arrive on time and in the right condition. Our team ensures every part meets the strict safety and performance standards required in the aerospace industry.

We find ways to cut waste, improve productivity, and reduce costs while keeping quality high. Moreover, we assist in designing products that are manufacturable, compliant with regulations, and cost-effective to produce.

3. How We Work with Clients

When you choose to work with Parts Management, we start by understanding your specific needs. We will provide you with a detailed proposal, including the scope of work, project timeline, estimated costs, and expected deliverables. Once both parties agree on the terms, we begin work.

During our collaboration, we expect open communication and timely responses. If we need approvals or additional information, delays in providing them can impact project timelines. We are committed to working efficiently, but for us to deliver the best results, we rely on clear and prompt communication from our clients.

4. Pricing and Payments

Parts Management provides a clear cost estimate so you know what to expect. However, pricing may vary based on project complexity, required resources, and timelines. We aim to keep our pricing fair and transparent. We appreciate timely payments, as this helps us maintain the high level of service that our clients expect from us.

We do issue invoices according to the agreed schedule. Usually, our payments are paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise in our agreement. If a payment is late, it may result in additional fees or service delays. We understand that sometimes unexpected issues arise, so if you anticipate a delay, please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance

Aerospace is a highly regulated industry and we take quality and compliance very seriously. We follow strict inspection and testing processes to ensure every component meets industry requirements.

We thoroughly vet all suppliers to ensure they can consistently meet high standards. Every part goes through detailed checks and testing before approval. Our goal is to eliminate defects, reduce risks, and ensure that all parts and services meet the highest safety and performance benchmarks.

6. Ownership of Work and Intellectual Property

When we work on a project, ownership of the work depends on the agreement between both parties. If we create new designs, processes, or solutions, ownership will depend on the specifics of our contract.

Any sensitive information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential. If you have any concerns about intellectual property rights, we’re happy to discuss and clarify ownership terms before starting.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we are committed to delivering top-tier aerospace supply chain solutions, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected supplier failures, material shortages, or transportation delays beyond our control. Aside from that, we won’t be held responsible for any delay in certification or compliance approval caused by external regulatory requirements.

Please note: Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or profits.

8. Termination and Service Discontinuation

The party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. For breach of contract, if any party violates the terms outlined in this agreement and fails to remedy the issue within 15 days of notice, the agreement may be terminated immediately. If a client fails to make payments within the agreed timeframe, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
